We hope you are staying healthy as we all adapt to our new temporary lifestyle. Much is evolving during this pandemic and we recommend that you use the website www.cdc.gov/coronavirus as a current and reliable source of information.

We want to update you on what MTD is doing and how it will affect any scheduling of dental care. Our doctors and staff are prepared to return to the dental office once we get the clearances from the state, CDC, and local dental organizations that it is safe and appropriate to do so. In the interim, we are having our staff reach out to any patient who is currently on our schedule for the next 2 weeks to reschedule for the latter part of April or be placed on a call list to be contacted as soon as we reopen.

Dr. Murray, Dr. Phillips, and I will remain available to address dental emergencies on an “as needed” basis. Our personal cell phone numbers are on the main voicemail to allow you to contact us. We are having a front office staff member come into the office in the mornings to pick up voicemail messages and perform phone call follow-ups with patients and insurance companies.

Should we need to treat you in an urgent situation, we have an ample supply of gowns, masks, shields, and gloves to manage the emergency care safely and we are using an additional layer of infection control throughout the office to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all.

Thank you for your support and commitment to Mission Trails Dentistry. We will all get through this challenging time together and we look forward to seeing you in the dental office in the near future.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

In good health,

Dr. Bradley Ross
